Remote Customer Service Representative

If yes, we’re looking for you to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. This role allows you to assist customers efficiently while working from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice.

As a CSR, you will be the frontline in ensuring customer satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns through online chat platforms. You don’t need previous experience in live chat support; we provide comprehensive training to prepare you for success in this role.

Rate: $35 per hour

What you will be doing:

  • Replying to live chat messages on a company’s website or social media, addressing customer queries, and providing product/service information.
  • Offering solutions, sales links, discounts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintaining knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

  • Must have access to a reliable device (laptop, phone, or tablet) with an internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and commit to at least 5+ hours of availability per week.

Location: This is a fully remote role, available globally with a preference for individuals in the United States.
