In this digital age, your workspace is wherever you choose it to be. As part of our team, you’ll use chat-based tools like Facebook Messenger to communicate directly with customers, addressing their needs without any face-to-face requirements.
What you will be doing: As a Live Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via our digital platforms, answering their queries, guiding them through our products or services, and fostering positive relationships.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- A laptop, smartphone, or tablet with a stable internet connection.
- Basic proficiency in English to communicate effectively in writing.
- No prior experience in live chat support is required as we provide comprehensive training.
Skills/background needed: We welcome beginners to this role, offering full training to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in live chat customer support.
Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
