We are currently seeking Remote Email and Chat Support Executives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and guide users through their concerns via email and chat platforms, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve user issues, providing clear and actionable guidance.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, processes, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer support strategy, contributing to improved user experience.
Rate: $35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and detail required for the review).
Requirements:
- Access to a reliable device capable of email and social media/chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, with excellent written skills for clear customer correspondence.
- Independent work ethic complemented by the ability to follow instructions and procedures closely.
- Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with a reliable internet connection.
Work Hours & Location:
- Flexible remote work arrangement, allowing you to work online from anywhere in the United States.
- Choose your hours, with the option to work between 5 to 40 hours per week.
