In this role, you’ll assist both existing and potential customers by providing a range of information, from account details and product installations to general inquiries. You’ll be a key player in resolving issues using various contact methods, including email, live chat, and possibly videophone.
What You Will Do:
- Respond to live chat inquiries on a business’s website or social media channels, offering support, product information, and assistance with a variety of queries.
- Provide helpful responses to customer questions, supply sales links, and promote discounts as part of the interaction.
Contract Details:
- The position is ongoing with no fixed term.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Access to a device with the capability to use social media and website chat functions (such as a phone, tablet, or laptop).
- Ability to work independently and adhere to provided instructions and guidelines.
- Must be available to work at least 5 hours per week.
- Need a stable and reliable internet connection.
Weekly Hours:
- Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.
