Your responsibilities will include answering customer questions, offering sales links, and providing discounts, all while maintaining prompt response times and not missing any customer messages.

Requirements:

  • Proactive learning attitude and fluency in English.
  • Competency in using live chat on different devices, including computers and mobiles, with a high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, zip codes, services, and technical details related to the business.
  • Professional and patient interaction with customers and team members, managing challenges with composure.

Contract length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions is essential. You should be able to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and commit to at least 5 hours of availability per week.

Hours per week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours

Location: This is a fully remote position, ideally suited for candidates based in the United Kingdom, though we are ready to welcome applicants who are prepared to start immediately.
