This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. No previous experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training for all new hires, and we’re looking for candidates who are ready to begin work immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat on a business’s website or social media platforms, answering queries, providing information on products and services, and resolving issues.
- Offer solutions by researching and proposing alternative answers, escalating unresolved problems when necessary.
- Assist in sales by providing relevant links and information, and promote offers and discounts to enhance customer experience and drive business value.
Rate:
- $35 per hour, depending on performance and experience.
Requirements:
- Must possess a device with internet capability to access and manage social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).
- Ability to work independently, adhere to instructions, and maintain a high standard of customer interaction.
- Available to work between 5 and 40 hours per week.
- Must have a reliable internet connection.
