We are actively seeking individuals to join our team as Website Chat Support Specialists. In this role, you’ll provide valuable assistance to customers visiting business websites, guiding them through various inquiries and enhancing their overall experience. This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
What You Will Do:
- Log in to the live chat application of the assigned business and respond to customer messages.
- Receive comprehensive training to handle frequently asked questions effectively and access a chat supervisor for support with complex inquiries.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing prompt, friendly, and accurate responses.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Access to a device with internet connectivity to use social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop).
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions with precision.
- Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week.
Weekly Hours:
- Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week based on your availability.
