Your role will involve listening to customers, understanding their needs, guiding them through their online journey, and resolving any issues to ensure they remain satisfied and loyal.
What you will be doing:
You’ll be the friendly voice of our brand, assisting customers in navigating our website, answering their queries, and resolving any concerns or problems they might encounter. We aim to make every customer interaction positive and helpful.
Rate:
$35 per hour
Requirements:
- Must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions closely.
- Minimum of 10 hours availability each week.
- Stable internet connection.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere in the United States.
