What you will be doing: As a Live Chat Customer Service Associate, your role will involve interacting with customers through live chat, offering them timely and accurate assistance. You’ll be addressing queries, providing information on products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Contract length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed:
- You must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat features (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- The ability to work independently and efficiently is crucial.
- You should be able to follow instructions closely and have a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
