Work at Home Customer Service Representatives (Chat / No Calling)

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly and effectively to customer queries and concerns via chat or email.
  • Clarifying issues, researching answers, proposing solutions, and escalating unresolved matters appropriately.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate resolution of their issues.

Requirements:

  • Must have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with internet connectivity.
  • Basic English writing skills are required.
  • You should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and follow detailed instructions.
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week is essential.

Location: This position is fully remote, open to candidates worldwide with a preference for those in the United States.
