Are you interested in helping customers find the perfect watch from the comfort of your own home? We are seeking seven dedicated individuals to join our team as Live Chat Assistants for a rapidly expanding online watch retailer. You’ll be an integral part of our customer support and sales efforts, engaging with customers directly via our website’s live chat feature.
What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility will be to log in to the live chat portal each day and assist customers with their queries. You’ll have tools at your disposal to respond efficiently to common questions and a chat supervisor to guide you through more complex issues. Before starting, you’ll undergo a brief training session (1 – 2 hours) to familiarize yourself with the platform and procedures, after which you’ll be ready to dive in.
Rate:
- $35 per hour
Skills/background needed:
- Access to a laptop, smartphone, or tablet with internet capabilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Availability of at least 5 hours per week to dedicate to chat support.
