Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat and email, delivering service that’s prompt, friendly, and accurate.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving set targets and outcomes.
Rate: $35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and detail required for the review).
Requirements:

Work Hours & Location:
