Remote Customer Chat Specialist

Join our team as a Remote Customer Chat Specialist and help us provide outstanding support and service to our clients. In this role, you’ll interact with customers through chat platforms, offering guidance and helping them navigate through products and services with ease and efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assisting customers via chat, addressing their questions, and providing solutions and guidance.
  • Helping users understand product features and functionalities.
  • Building trust and rapport with clients to enhance their customer experience.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device with internet connectivity and capability for social media and website chat functionalities.
  • The ability to work independently and adhere closely to instructions.
  • A minimum of 10 hours of availability each week.
  • A reliable internet connection to maintain consistent communication.

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).

Hours per Week: You will need to be available for at least 10 hours each week, with the flexibility to choose your schedule.
