Customer Support Associate No Phone – Entry Level / Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and engaging customer support via live chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Answer questions, offer assistance with sales-related links, and provide discounts or promotional information to enhance customer experience and support sales.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a device suitable for web-based communication (laptop, phone, or tablet).
  • Basic proficiency in English writing is necessary.

Skills and Training:

  • This role is perfect for beginners. Full training will be provided, and no previous experience in live chat support is required.

Location:

  • This is a fully remote role, open to individuals anywhere, with a preference for those based in the United States.
