What you will be doing: As a Social Media Chat Assistant, you will interact with customers through live chat on various social media platforms, addressing their queries, guiding them on shipping policies, product availability, and more. You’ll be the bridge connecting the business with its online community, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection.
  • Basic familiarity with navigating social media platforms and chat functions.
  • No previous experience in chat support is required; we provide comprehensive training to all new team members.

Hours per week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, based on your availability.

Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
