Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address a variety of customer needs, focusing on providing solutions that enhance their experience.
  • Document interactions and feedback to continuously improve our service.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device with internet capability for social media and website chat functionalities (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).
  • Ability to work autonomously, following detailed instructions and protocols.
  • Commit to at least 5 hours of availability per week with a reliable internet connection.

Skills/Background:

  • No previous experience in chat support required; we provide all necessary training.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Location: Entirely remote, ideally for candidates in the United States.
